Residential Programme Manager
Hannah Wood is a registered New Zealand Social Worker with experience in the health and social
services sectors. She has worked with NZ teenagers for over ten years and brings both qualifications
and hands–on expertise. Hannah has a Bachelor in Social Practice, having majored in Social Work, and
a Certificate in Pastoral Care & Counselling. She is a member of ANZASW.
Staff Qualifications:
Programme Coordinator
Completing Honors year of a Social Work degree.
Health & Nutrition Coordinator
Registered Nurse
Counsellors
Head counsellor has a Diploma in Counselling and is a member of the Christian Counsellors Association.
Second counsellor is a qualified speech therapist and has completed a Bible College Internship in Pastoral
Care. Both counsellors and have regular professional supervision with a psychotherapist.
Dietician
Qualified dietician, who consults with the young women on a monthly basis.
Support Staff (Night & Weekend)
University Social Work students, qualified counsellor, clinical social worker, and registered teacher.
Specialist Care
The young women in the programme have access to specialist doctors and medical professionals as and when
required.
